“No one is limited. Anyone can propose improvements.”

What can we do better? What product changes will help the customer? How can we reduce costs?

These are among the questions that Grzegorz and his staff of 17 engineers consider every day as they design custom electrical enclosures.

“Our work is very dynamic,” he explains. “Each product is different, and we have to make sure we bring it to life on time.”

Everyone on the team is encouraged to actively participate in the creative process.

“Anyone can propose improvements,” Grzegorz says. “We have some really young people on the engineering team. I’ve found positive energy works well to help encourage their ingenuity.”
